El Capitan and Half Dome in Yosemite Natioal Park

Yosemite National Park provides spectacular scenery for hiking and trails that range from easy, though extremely challenging. The toughest hike I have made was climbing Half Dome, but had I cut the length of my hike by half I would have still passed by three spectactular waterfalls.

Even the scenery from the roads are spectacluar. The photo on this page was taken only 10 yards from a roald running through the base of the valley.
